By accessing the 797jl Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or using any Service, you confirm that you:

• Have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety;

4.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, you are required to complete 797jl's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, PhilSys National ID, or UMID) and a contemporaneous selfie photograph. 797jl reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.

797jl accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency wallets as indicated in the Platform's Cashier section. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawal of Funds from your 797jl Account is subject to the following conditions:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific promotional terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds convert to withdrawable cash balances. Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by game type — slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager, while live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate. 7.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be forfeited from the Account without further notice. Players should review expiry terms before accepting any bonus offer from 797jl.

7.3 Abuse of Promotions

797jl reserves the right to cancel, forfeit, or claw back bonus funds, winnings derived from bonus funds, and any associated real-money balances in cases where the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion with other players, or any other activity 797jl determines constitutes dishonest exploitation of promotional offers.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the 797jl Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account policy;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other Platform process;
• Using software, bots, algorithms, scripts, or other automated means to access, exploit, or interfere with any game, feature, or service on the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including sharing cards, coordinating bets, or any other form of collaborative cheating;
• Attempting to access or interfere with any other user's Account;
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering activity, as prohibited by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations;
• Engaging in any activity that infringes upon 797jl's intellectual property rights or those of its game and content providers;
• Exploiting any technical error, malfunction, or vulnerability in the Platform — any winnings derived from exploiting such errors will be void;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 797jl staff or other Players through any communication channel.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all Account balances, reporting to regulatory and law enforcement authorities, and civil or criminal legal action where applicable.

All content available on the 797jl Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game software, graphics, text, user interface design, and proprietary technology — is the intellectual property of 797jl or its licensed game providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use any 797jl trademark, logo, or brand element without express written authorisation;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any Platform software.

Any unauthorised use of 797jl's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 797jl and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 797jl's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of god, telecommunications failures, or regulatory actions;

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or these Terms;
• Disputes between Players, or any third-party conduct affecting the Player's use of the Platform.

797jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential harms associated with problem gambling. As a PAGCOR-regulated platform, 797jl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through Account settings. Once set, deposit limits may be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.

• Suspicious, fraudulent, or money laundering activity is detected in connection with the Account;

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial complaint being submitted, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or such regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms as may be provided by PAGCOR.

By using the 797jl Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.

797jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email or mobile number associated with their Account, or via prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect — except in cases where immediate amendment is required for regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the 797jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 12.
